A Wedding Singer’s Diary: Budget & Beyond ways to Shoot your Wedding Day!
As a Female Wedding Singer & Party Singer throughout London, Kent, Essex and the United Kingdom, there is usually a photographer or videographer at most of my events! So I wanted to look at all the ways that you could choose to capture your Wedding Day!
The FREE Photo App – www.trycapsuale.com
This app allows your guests to instantly add their photos to your Wedding Album directly from their iPhones and android phones. This is a great free fun thing to do on your Wedding Day, but I would not personally opt for this instead of a Professional Photographer (Unless you don’t have the budget for a photographer), but perhaps as a fun add on!
Instant Print mini printers – www.johnlewis.com (Fujifilm)
You use wifi and the Instax Share app on your phone and then you can print credit card sized, high quality photos directly to the printer. Again I would have this as a fun add on and not as an alternative to your Photographer.
Arial Drones – www.beearial.co.uk
Add the WOW factor to your Photographic & Videography Wedding Experience by having flying footage combined with more traditional pics throughout your special day. This is not for the Budget Bride!
Slow Motion Videobooths – www.slowmo-booth.com
Capturing clips at up to 250 frames per second using the Soundtrack of your choice, these state of the art video booths are designed to capture party poppers and cannons exploding or any shot you like in slow motion. This is not a ‘budget’ option, but is definitely going to make your footage stand out.
Hidden Wedding Cameras – www.shop.gopro.com
Price: approx £990 for 3 cameras
These cameras are not designed to catch your guests doing things they shouldn’t or to spy on unaware Wedding staff, but are designed to capture your wedding from a unique perspective such as the Bride’s eye view (hidden in her veil) or in bouquets of flowers. This is definitely a luxury item.
The Music Video – www.jenksandco.tu
Your very own Marryoke – you choose your song and your videographer will then film your guests lip synching and having a boogie to it and then they will create a fabulous Wedding Music Video for you to keep forever! At 2.5K you can be sure that the end result needs to be up to MTV standards 😉
