A Wedding Singer’s Diary: Wedding Invite Ideas – Timeline Invite

I often feel like a Wedding Planner at my London, Kent, Essex and UK Weddings (if I am doing the whole day from Ceremony to Evening Reception – hence becoming a Wedding Singer and Party Singer!), as one of the most important elements to a Wedding Day running smoothly is the Timeline and I am often an integral part of that. So I love this Wedding Invitation idea called the ‘Timeline’.  Find out about it here in ‘A Wedding Singer’s Diary: Wedding Invite Ideas – Timeline Invite’.

This modern and very visual flat card invite displaying your Wedding Timeline does just what is says on the tin – gives your guest a guide of how the day is going to run!  So effectively is  like ‘an order of the day’ and an invite in one.  The front of your invite features your Wedding Timeline and also the times that the events happen throughout the day and then the back of your invite contains all of your personalised details, including the RSVP details.

This is something that the guests to keep and bring along to the Wedding, so that they are aware of exactly how the day is going to run and whether they are a word or picture person, they will have the choice of either as it is all clearly displayed in both.  These invites are a very affordable option as they are only 99p each and you can add on to your collection by purchasing the evening only or day only invites and the reply cards if you wanted to .

There are a couple of options for you to choose from. You can have a Daytime & Evening combination or simply choose to have a separate night time one for your evening only guests.

I think that these are definitely a ‘smarter not harder’ option, because you could request that your guests all bring these with them on the day to save further expense and time in printing out separate ones and you could even have one of your invites enlarged and laminated and put on an easel at your Wedding Venue quite affordably for those guests who forget to bring theirs!

The invites displayed are from Bride and Groom Direct, but you can source these from many other Wedding Stationers I am sure.
